Cancellation Policy

At Giosun Healthcare Private Limited, we strive to process and dispatch your orders as quickly as possible. To ensure a seamless experience, please review our cancellation guidelines below:

1. Cancellation Before Dispatch

  • You may request a cancellation before your order has been dispatched.
  • Once an order has been packed and handed over to our courier partner, it is no longer eligible for cancellation.
  • To cancel an order before dispatch, please contact our customer support team at sales@giosun.in as soon as possible with your order number.

2. Post-Dispatch Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be cancelled after they have been dispatched from our warehouse.
  • If you still wish to discontinue the order after dispatch, please wait for delivery and follow the return process (if applicable and as per return policy).

3. Discount Vouchers & Promo Codes

  • Discount coupons or promotional vouchers are valid for one-time use only.
  • If you cancel an order after applying a voucher, the voucher will be considered used and cannot be reissued or reused, regardless of whether the product was delivered or returned.

4. Refund Process for Cancellations & Returns

  • In case a cancellation or return is approved, the refund will be initiated only after the product is received back, inspected, and verified by our team.
  • The product must be returned in its original condition, packaging, and with all labels and invoices
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method and may take 7–10 working days post-verification.

5. Special Conditions

  • Products purchased during special sales or promotions are not eligible for cancellation once the order is placed.
  • Any request for cancellation due to change of mind will be handled on a case-by-case basis and is subject to approval before dispatch.
