Return & Refund Policy

At Giosun Healthcare Private Limited, we prioritize your health and safety. Due to the hygiene, personal care, wellness, and consumable nature of our products, all sales are final and non-returnable.

However, we understand that issues can occasionally arise. In such cases, we’re here to help.

1. Refunds & Replacements

You may be eligible for a refund or replacement under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, defective, expired, or incorrect.

Items are missing from the package (e.g., accessories).

To initiate a request:

  • Email us at sales@giosun.in within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Attach clear images of the product, invoice, inner and outer packaging, and the batch number.
  • We require 48–72 hours to review and respond.

2. Packaging & Evidence

  • Please photograph the damaged or tampered areas
  • Retain the original packaging, invoice, and manufacturer’s labels.
  • Do not use the product once a complaint is raised.
  • Pilferage claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

3. Return Process

If your return is approved:

  • Please allow 10–15 working days for us to complete the process.
  • Our team may contact you to verify the damage or defect.

 

You will be eligible for a full refund or free replacement if:

  • The product is broken or damaged.
  • Accessories are missing from the package.
  • A wrong or expired product was delivered.

4. Important Guidelines

Returns will not be accepted if:

  • The product is used, damaged, or tampered with.
  • The invoice is missing.
  • The batch number or MRP label is altered or missing.
  • The product is not in its original packaging.

Additionally:

  • Allergy-related issues are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Products bought during sales or promotional offers are non-returnable.
  • Claims without proper documentation and images will be rejected.
