   • Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 working days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
   • Logistic delays or unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or regional disruptions may occasionally extend delivery timelines.
5. Split Shipments
   • If reverse pickup is unavailable in your area, you may be required to self-ship the product via a reliable courier.
   • Giosun will not be liable for any damages or losses incurred during self-shipping.
6. Post-Delivery Liability
   • We are not responsible for damages, theft, or misplacement of the package after it has been delivered to the provided address.
7. Delivery Exceptions
   • Giosun Healthcare reserves the right to pause, restrict, or refuse deliveries to any region or PIN code based on courier limitations or other circumstances.
8. Courier Partners
   • We work with reputed delivery partners such as Blue Dart, Shiprocket, and India Post to ensure timely and safe deliveries.
   • While we aim to dispatch all orders within 24–48 hours, we do not guarantee specific delivery dates or times as they depend on the courier’s service in your area.
